How much does a residential sprinkler system cost?
Most residential installs are priced by the number of zones, which depends on your lot size, landscaping, and water pressure. New systems typically start around $3,500. After a free Water Intelligence Report we give you a fixed, itemized quote — not a vague per-zone guess. There are no surprise charges added on install day.
How long does an installation take?
A typical residential system is installed in one to two days depending on the property size and number of zones. We use tidy trenching to minimize lawn disruption, and most yards recover within a couple of weeks. We walk you through the controller before we leave.
Do I really need winterization every year?
Yes. Ontario winters freeze any water left in the lines, which cracks pipes, valves, and heads. A proper compressed-air blowout each fall is the single most important service for protecting your system — and skipping it is the most common cause of expensive spring repairs.
Can you service or repair a system you didn't install?
Absolutely. We service, repair, and take over seasonal care on existing systems from any installer. We'll assess what you have, flag anything that needs attention, and put it on a proper maintenance schedule going forward.
