Remote Water Shutoff
For higher-risk properties, an electronically actuated valve at the building main. When the system detects continuous unauthorized flow, it closes the valve and notifies us simultaneously. The leak ends before anyone arrives. Damage is capped at whatever happened pre-shutoff.
